When you use our savings tool or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email, property address, electric utility, estimated bill, and — if you choose to upload it — an image of your power bill and the usage data extracted from it.

To generate your solar savings estimate, schedule and conduct your in-home review, and communicate with you about your quote and our services. We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to be contacted by LVG Energyand its representatives by phone call, text message, and email — including via automated technology — regarding your solar quote. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, or of calls/emails by telling us or emailing hello@lvgenergy.com.

We use cookies and advertising pixels (including Meta and Google) to measure ad performance and reach homeowners who may benefit from solar. You can control cookies through your browser and ad settings through each platform’s preferences.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling, CRM, installers) and as required by law. These partners are bound to protect your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@lvgenergy.com. We retain lead information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.
